FACE LIFT TRAINING
WORKSHOP

1. Face lift exercises create fullness and lift, especially in the cheeks, under the eyes and around the chin and jaw. It fills in the hollows in the cheeks, flattens the areas under the areas under the eyes, and reduces sagging of the jowls, chin and neck area.

2. I came to facial exercise by the way of a long interest in health, nutrition, exercise, well-being and longevity. I learnt and developed face lift exercises to enhance my personal health, appearance, and well-being. Now I know from my personal experience it is possible to get results similar to surgical face lift. It all depends on the individual, how much damage needs to be reversed and at what age one starts. It really depends on what a particular person's goals are. I see it as a complimentary to surgery.

3. Any results to say the least, have been fantastic. I practice for about 15-20 minutes almost every day. It is part of my routine and how I take good care of myself.

4. From a scientific point of view, face lift exercises unquestionably work. Much as an applied program of resistance training on the skeletal muscles, as well as tone and tighten the skin on your face. The skin and muscles in face sag with the time because our growth hormone and testosterone levels fall as we age with less of these hormones, we build muscle less easily and most people begin to lose muscle mass as they grow older. Luckily studies prove that strength-training exercise can slow this process and even reverse it. Even older women can retain and gain muscle mass and youthful body contours.

5. Loss of muscle is not the only cause of aging of the face. Factors like decrease of fat pads, thinning of the layers of skin, damage by ultraviolet light, and poor nutrition all contribute. However face lift exercise may well be one of the important ways we can help slow the aging process.
