Why is my place special?

1. Because genuinely I want to help my clients with all areas of their lives and make them feel great about themselves.
2. I provide care for elderly people, making them forget their age, feel young and energetic.
3. I help people to relief any pain in rheumatology, sports medicine, physical therapy and rehabilitation.

Is my practice only for young people?
Not at all. My system is designed to restore the natural balance of mind and body for almost anyone. The method is safe and controlled and will aid most back pains, improve joint mobility, aid good body alignment and will enhance the overall state of wellbeing.

How often should I train?
Two or three time a week is a good balance. The sessions can be made up either of private sessions or a varied package of equipment sessions and classes. Remember that even if you only train once a week, you will benefit. Whatever you learn in the studio, will have relevance in your daily life. You need to be committed!

What should I wear?
Comfortable exercise clothing is suggested, including socks and a bath size towel. Shoes are not needed for the workout. All equipment, including mats are provided.
